Pioneer Architecture Welcomes Greg Conaway as Partner – Quality Control.
At Pioneer Architecture, we measure our success not only by the projects we deliver, but by the people who shape our journey. Today, we are humbled and proud to announce that Greg Conaway has joined Pioneer Architecture as a partner, leading our Quality Control efforts.
For me, this is far more than a professional milestone — it’s personal. I had the privilege of working with Greg for nine years at Randall Scott Architects, where his influence reached well beyond technical expertise. Greg’s deep knowledge of project management, his ability to hold both contractors and architects accountable, and his unwavering attention to detail left a lasting mark on how I practice architecture.
But Greg has been more than just a mentor and technical guide. Over the years, he has become a true friend — someone who not only shaped my professional approach, but also inspired me personally. Greg was the one who got me on my first motorcycle ride. We’ve ridden together through the Hills of Arkansas and back, and when I bought my first bike, he just laughed — knowing I’d end up a Harley Guy.
To be mentored in my 40’s, and to still look up to him today, has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. And now, after thinking he would never come out of retirement, it feels like things have truly come full circle.
