We’re proud to officially welcome Donnie Reece, AIA to Pioneer Architecture as Senior Project Manager / Production Lead.

I’ve worked alongside Donnie for years. What stands out isn’t just his technical ability — it’s his discipline. He understands how drawings translate in the field, how coordination impacts schedule, and how small documentation gaps turn into major construction issues.

Donnie has served in both architectural and owner representative roles on complex developments, bringing a balanced, execution-focused perspective to every project. In Logistics Architecture — where speed, precision, and coordination clarity matter  — that experience is critical.

As Donnie continues to deepen his Logistics expertise within our platform, he will take on increasing leadership across future developments — guiding projects from early coordination through delivery with the same standard of execution we expect firmwide.

Greg Conaway, Donnie, and I worked together for years at Randall Scott Architects. Reuniting and building again with people you trust — who share the same standards and work ethic — is an incredible feeling. There’s a level of alignment that only comes from time in the trenches together.
