Lakeland Logistics Center – Building C

Pioneer Architecture is proud to announce our continued involvement at Lakeland Logistics Center in Burlington, Kentucky with Building C, a 246,600 SF cross-dock build-to-suit facility.

This confidential project represents exactly where we operate best—fast-paced environments where early decisions, tight coordination, and execution clarity drive results. From initial planning through delivery, our focus remains on removing friction, aligning teams, and maintaining momentum.

This campus also carries a personal significance. Our Managing Principal has been involved with Lakeland Logistics Center since 2020, beginning during his time at Macgregor Associates Architects (2020–2023) working on Lakeland A and Lakeland B Speculative Shell buildings.

Over the past six years, that involvement has grown into a strong working relationship built on trust, consistency, and clear communication.

We are exceptional greatful that they reached out to us to continue work on the Lakeland Logistics Center campus.
