Elsmere KY Tenant Improvement Project

Pioneer Architecture is excited to announce that work is underway on the Tenant Improvement Project for one of Core5’s building development in Elsmere, Kentucky. This fast-paced, multi-permit project spans over 575,000 square feet and has been designed to meet the demands of this modern logistics and distribution client.

The warehouse space will be dedicated to storage, racking, and robotics, incorporating cutting-edge technology to streamline operations. Additionally, the tenant is adding a dedicated I.T. room, a platform to enhance operational efficiency, and areas for storage and battery charging to support the robotics and racking systems.

“We are proud to partner once again with Core5 on this exciting project,” said Vance Lazar, Owner of Pioneer Architecture. “This collaboration exemplifies our shared commitment to creating spaces that are both functional and forward-thinking. We are thrilled to be part of the development of this high-tech warehouse facility.”

The project is moving forward with a focus on delivering a state-of-the-art space designed for the fast-paced needs of the logistics industry. As work continues, the project is on track to meet the modern standards required to support advanced logistics and technology-driven solutions.
