Pioneer Architecture and Core5 partner on Tenant Improvement Project near Bourbon Trail.

Pioneer Architecture is proud to announce the successful completion of the Tenant Improvement Project for Core5 at the Bullitt County development in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The project, which spanned over 435,000 square feet that will serve the needs of an anonymous end-user.

The Tenant Improvement Project includes a warehouse designated for storage, along with new offices, open work areas, conference rooms, a driver’s lounge, shipping and receiving, and a comprehensive training room exceeding 5,000 square feet. The training room is designed to support operational efficiency, offering a spacious environment alongside dedicated restrooms.  Further additions to the facility included the installation of fencing for security and low-voltage systems, ensuring the space meets modern logistics standards. 

 

Furlong Building, contractor, played a crucial role in the successful execution of this project, coordinating seamlessly with no change bulletins or change orders.  “We are thrilled to see this project completed and ready for use,” said Vance Lazar, Owner of Pioneer Architecture. “This completion reflects the excellent collaboration and expertise of all parties involved, and we are proud to contribute to the development of this new logistics space.”
