PIONEER ARCHITECTURE BEGINS

Pioneer Architecture is proud to announce its first project—a 350,000-square-foot build-to-suit development located on the North Shore of New Orleans, Louisiana.

TW Group, engaged by a third party, has been tasked with developing an accelerated project schedule, targeting completion within 10 months. PA is also pleased to collaborate with Schaefer Engineering as our prime structural partner and Molnar Jordan & Associates as our dedicated MEP firm.

All disciplines will operate exclusively within a 3D environment, utilizing advanced BIM clash detection to enhance coordination, minimize conflicts, and reduce overall project costs for the client.
