Pioneer Architecture is proud to support a new Tenant Improvement project at Lakeland Logistics Center – Building B in Hebron, Kentucky, on behalf of IDI Logistics.
Located in the heart of Boone County’s logistics corridor, Lakeland Logistics Center is a strategically planned industrial park offering direct access to I-75 and I-275, connecting occupiers with key Midwestern markets.
This project includes an interior build-out for a tenant occupying 104,020 SF of the Overall 278,398 SF.
Pioneer Architecture’s scope includes:

A 3,500 SF office featuring open cubicle workspace

Class A support amenities including breakroom, restrooms, and reception

Integration of HVLS fans for air circulation

Battery charging stations for forklift operations

Layout coordination for basic storage racking
